Question 1

What if I renewed with a different email?

Accepted Answer

Your card may still show the old state. Tell the ticket office and they will mark it renewed. Nothing about your actual order changes.

Question 2

Is there a payment plan?

Accepted Answer

If TIXR offers a payment plan on your reservation, it appears at checkout. Your card here shows Payment plan active once the down payment is in.

Question 3

Can I upgrade or move my seats?

Accepted Answer

Renew first. Once the renewal window closes, the upgrade window opens for renewed fans only, before anything goes on sale to the public. The ticket office handles moves during that window.

Question 4

I hold seats for more than one weekend.

Accepted Answer

One email shows every reservation on the account. Each weekend has its own card, deadline and button, so renew them one at a time.

Question 5

The code did not arrive. What now?

Accepted Answer

Give it thirty seconds and check spam or promotions. Then use Resend code. After one resend you can verify with your last name and ZIP instead, and the ticket office can always send your link by hand.

Question 6

Which email should I use?

Accepted Answer

The one TIXR used for your previous ticket purchase. That is where your renewal email went, and it is the address this page matches against.

Question 7

How does renewing work?

Accepted Answer

Enter the email on your TIXR ticket account. We send a six-digit code, you type it in, and your reservation card appears with a button that opens your personal renewal link on TIXR. Checkout happens on TIXR, exactly as it did from the email link.
